18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

Every model created on KinkAI is trained from photographs supplied by the account holder, of the account holder. The person depicted in any image KinkAI produces is the account holder themselves.

KinkAI does not accept photographs of third parties for training, and does not offer a way to generate a likeness of any other identifiable person, living or otherwise.

Before any topless or explicit imagery can be produced, the account must satisfy both of the following. The check is enforced in software and fails closed, meaning that if either is missing or cannot be confirmed, the request is refused:

• Photographic identity verification. A government-issued photo ID is checked through our identity verification provider, confirming that the account holder is a real, identifiable adult aged 18 or over.
• Own-likeness attestation. The account holder confirms, on the record, that the model being trained is their own likeness.

Accounts that have completed neither are limited to clothed imagery. A tick box on its own is never accepted in place of an identity check.

Records of the age and identity verification carried out for each account, and of the own-likeness attestation, are retained by the custodian named below for as long as required by applicable law.

Reports concerning content that may involve a minor are treated as urgent and are referred to the appropriate authorities without delay.
