KinkAI handles a narrow set of data, and some of it is sensitive, so it is worth being precise:

• Account details. Your email address and the details needed to run your account.
• Training photographs. The photographs of yourself that you upload in order to train a model.
• Your model. The trained model derived from those photographs, which represents your likeness.
• Generated images. The images you create, and the prompts you used to create them.
• Identity verification. Where you ask for topless or explicit generation, a government-issued photo ID is checked through an identity verification provider, together with your confirmation that the likeness is your own.

Your photographs and your model are used for one purpose: to generate the images you ask for, in your account. They are not used to train models for other users, are not pooled into any shared dataset, and are not used to improve a general-purpose model.

Identity verification data is used to confirm that you are an adult and that the likeness being generated is your own, which is what allows explicit generation to be offered safely at all.

We do not sell your data and we do not share your photographs, your model, or the images you generate with other users or with advertisers.

We share the minimum necessary with the processors who run the service on our behalf, which includes our identity verification provider and our hosting and payment providers. Each acts under contract and on our instructions.

Access to training photographs, models and generated images is restricted to your own account. Transfers are encrypted in transit.

Your photographs, your model and your generated images are kept while your account is open, so that the product works. Delete your model and the training photographs behind it are deleted with it.

Records relating to age and identity verification are retained separately for as long as applicable law requires, which is explained further on our 2257 page.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact support@kinkcoach.me. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service working.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
