You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. KinkAI is intended solely for adults.

You may only train a model on your own likeness. You confirm that every photograph you upload is of you, and that you have the right to use it for this purpose.

Before any topless or explicit generation, you must complete photographic identity verification and confirm on the record that the model is your own likeness. This check is enforced in software and fails closed.

KinkAI is pay as you go. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You buy Kredits and spend them when you choose. Your first model is free.

Prices are shown before purchase. Kredits are granted to your account on payment.

You may not use KinkAI to generate imagery of any person other than yourself, to generate any depiction of a person under 18, to impersonate another person, or to produce anything illegal in England and Wales or in your country of residence. Our Content Policy forms part of these Terms.

Images produced by KinkAI are generated by a model trained on your photographs. They are synthetic images of your likeness rather than photographs of real events, and you are responsible for how you describe and use them wherever you publish them.

You retain rights in the photographs you upload. The images you generate are yours to use. We claim no ownership of your likeness and do not license it to anyone.

The KinkAI software, interface and branding remain ours.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Model training and generation are computational processes and we do not warrant that any particular image will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using KinkAI and delete your model at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or the Content Policy, and will do so immediately where the breach involves a minor or another person's likeness.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
