Content Policy

KinkAI is for adult content creators aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into our Terms of Service in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is terminated immediately.

The following are prohibited without exception. Violation results in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Minors. No content that involves, depicts, or sexualises any person under the age of 18. This includes AI-generated material, without exception.
• Anyone but you. A model may only be trained on your own likeness. Uploading photographs of another person, whether or not they have agreed, is prohibited.
• Synthetic intimate imagery of others. No attempt to generate intimate or explicit imagery depicting any real identifiable person other than yourself.
• Impersonation. No attempt to produce imagery of, or passed off as, another creator, performer, or public figure.
• Illegal content. Nothing illegal under the laws of England and Wales or of your country of residence, including extreme pornography, bestiality, and content depicting criminal violence.

Topless and explicit generation is gated behind photographic identity verification and an own-likeness attestation. That gate is enforced in software and fails closed: if verification is missing, incomplete, or cannot be confirmed, the request is refused rather than allowed through.

Everything you upload and everything you generate stays in your own account. Nothing is published, shown to other creators, offered for sale, or used to train a model for anybody else.

We review accounts where we have reason to believe this policy has been breached. Depending on severity the response may include a warning, suspension, permanent termination, or referral to law enforcement. Accounts terminated for breaches involving illegal content are not eligible for reinstatement.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of KinkAI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
